XTENTEC unites T1A and Flex IT. T1A brings deep expertise in corporate IT collection, secure data erasure and certified refurbishment. Flex IT adds refurbishment capability and a European distribution network of approximately 13,000 resellers. The group, with approximately €150 million in revenue, is backed by the Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund as majority shareholder and Dansk Vækstkapital as a minority investor.
